May 24th, 2008 - ALL AGES EVENT. DOORS OPEN AT 7, BOUT BEGINS AT 8
Slamburglars:

May 24th. The Renegade Rollergirls; Bend's only non-profit Roller Derby League, will hold their 6th bout of their 2nd season at Midtown Music Hall, located at 51 NW Greenwood Ave. The White team will be challenging the Black team in a no holds barred bout, full of hardcore skating abilities, wipeouts, bumps, bruises and cat fighting fistfights. Guest skaters from the Bay City Bombers, Arizona Renegade Rollergirls, Orange County Renegade Rollergirls, and the San Deigo Renegade Rollergirls will mixing in with the Oregon Renegade Rollergirls for the bout. This event is sponsored by Budweiser, Power 94, Coca Cola, The Source, 92.7, Rolling Rock, Bend Awards, Oxygen Tattoo, Starfire Piercing, and Midtown Music Hall. Doors open at 7 p.m., get there earlier and get the best seats. Admission is $10.00 and kids 5 and under are free. Tickets are available at the Renegade Rollergirl retail store located in Midtown Music Hall, Oxygen Tattoo (see map), or your favorite Renegade Rollergirl.

News on the Banked Track

The Renegade Rollergirls of Central Oregon, are seeking donations and community support of building the first banked track in the Pacific Northwest. If individuals or businesses are interested in sponsoring the building of a banked track, they can make a donation at any Bank of the Cascades location in Central Oregon.
